[Student article] “Mouth to mouth”

Once upon a time, in a faraway land, there was a princess who was very ugly. She was so ugly that no one wanted to marry her. So she decided to visit the wizard to get his advice.

The sorcerer said: “a very old man will arrive at the town gate (in those days, towns were fortified), and you’ll ask him to kiss you four times. Go ahead and good luck!”

She returns home and three days later a very old man arrives at the town gate:

“Kiss me, dear!” He does, and she shivers.
“Again!” He gives her a kiss and she trembles with joy.
She yells “Keep going!” and faints.

When she wakes up, the old man has disappeared, but a little frog is standing in front of her.

Hopelessly, she says, “Kiss me!”
The frog croaks and jumps to his lips. So, she kisses him and the frog turns into the Prince Charming. As for her, she’s as ugly as ever, poor thing!

However, the handsome prince fell madly in love with her. As he says to the princess, “You saved my life, a witch had turned me into a very old man, I’m very happy, marry me!”

She was so ugly, he was so blind!!!!
