The deposit mentioned above is charged on your credit card when the booking is confirmed. In case you cancel the booked French course, the school will charge a handling fee 30 € and retain registration fee, accommodation handling fee and certificate of pre-registration fee. A written request of cancellation must be received at least 15 days prior to the starting date to have the tuition fee refunded.

• Up to 4 weeks before the course starts : 100% of one week tuition is refunded
• Up to 15 days before the course starts : 50% of one week tuition is refunded
• Less than 14 days before the starting date: No refund
• No-show : No refund

In case of cancellation of French course due to VISA problems, the school refunds a tuition fee. A refund will be made only by bank transfer and at the cost of the student. A handling fee of 30€ is charged.

• Up to 15 days before the course starts : 100% of tuition paid is refunded
• Less than 14 days before the starting date : 70% of tuition paid is refunded
• No-show: No refund

In case of cancellation of the accommodation confirmed by the school, LUTECE LANGUE charges a handling fee 20€. Note that cancellation policy varies depending on the type of stay:

• Homestay : Minimum one-week notice. If not the price for one week is charged.
• Residence : More than 30 days notice : 15€ is charged by the residence
                      Less than 30 days notice : 30% of total price is charged.
• Hotel / Studio : the conditions will be mentioned in the booking confirmation.

The school reserves the right to cancel or shorten classes if the number of students is insufficient. In case of cancellation decided by the school, the entire tuition fee will be refunded.
